Invitation! There are still a couple of free places available at the ECO Cleaning Workshop as part of the Zero Waste Parenting programme which takes place this Sat 21 May 2022 at 2-4pm over at St. Columb’s Park House
Come along on Saturday afternoon to find out more about eco-friendly, healthy and practical approaches to cleaning products for use on ourselves, our children & our homes! This workshop will be facilitated by Jai Hunter from Hunter Aromatics and Ruth O’Callaghan from The UseLess Shop. There are literally thousands of chemicals on the market and many of them have health warnings attached to them.
Despite this they are commonly used in our cooking utensils, our cleaning products, our body products and our cosmetics. There is growing research which links our exposure to such chemicals to diseases such as cancer, autism, Alzheimer’s, and heart disease. By reducing your exposure to these chemicals you are helping to reduce the risk of the many preventable diseases. This workshop will introduce you to essential oils and how we can use essential oils in our cleaning products leading to a healthier home, healthier body and healthier planet.
