Mixed Food and Garden Waste Recycling
Residents in the Derry area with large garden waste bins must now also recycle food waste in their big brown wheelie bin. Food waste must continue to be bagged in compostable liners and should go out on the normal garden waste collection day. Our teams will be notifying all affected households. Areas without garden waste bins should continue to recycle food waste using their caddies.
